The types of data collected according to their purposes are as follows:
1. For the purpose of making and confirming a reservation, THE HOTEL collects and processes the following types of data:
a\/ In the case of reservation through the website:
\u2013 First name and surname of the contact person;
\u2013 e-mail address and telephone number of the contact person;
b\/ In the case of reservation by telephone:
\u2013 telephone number for contact and e-mail address for reservation confirmation
\u2013 First name and surname of the contact person;
These data are stored until the reservation is fulfilled. After that, the data isare destroyed and their further processing becomes impossible.
2. For the purposes of accommodating guests at THE HOTEL, the controller processes and stores the following data:
\u2013 Personal identification number \/ foreigner personal number;
\u2013 Name of the person (for Bulgarian citizens \u2013 in Cyrillic, for foreigners \u2013 in Latin script, according to the national document);
\u2013 Date of birth;
\u2013 Gender;
\u2013 Citizenship;
\u2013 ID card number \/ valid national identity document;
\u2013 Country that issued the national document.
The data collected for the purposes of hotel registration are collected pursuant to Article 116(2) of the Tourism Act and are necessary for maintaining a register of accommodated tourists. The data are stored for a period of 5 (five) calendar years.
3. For the purposes of holding corporate or personal events at THE HOTEL, the following data are processed and stored:
\u2013 Full name of the person organizing the event. In the case of corporate events \u2013 a contact person designated by the legal entity organizing the event;
\u2013 e-mail address and telephone number of the contact person
These data are stored for up to 3 (three) calendar years after the event is held. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We comply with the condition that the respective information may be used solely within the limits set by the legal basis on which they are collected or by your personal consent regarding the processing carried out on behalf of THE HOTEL, and that this information shall be treated as confidential.
THE HOTEL may disclose and provide personal information in accordance with applicable law if so ordered or required by a court or administrative authority, or if the provision of personal data is related to the performance of a legal obligation of THE HOTEL. 1. In accordance with the applicable legislation, you have the right of ownership and access to the data you have provided for processing. By submitting a written request through the Contact Form on the website, you may obtain information about the type of personal data provided and the purpose of their processing, and also request that we remove any records of your personal information, without the possibility of further processing. Upon obtaining access to your data, you may request that they be corrected if you discover errors or inconsistencies.
2. Users have the right to object to the processing of their data. The objection shall be submitted to THE HOTEL in accordance with item 1 of this section. THE HOTEL undertakes to review your objection and, within 30 calendar days of its receipt, to inform you of the result of the internal review conducted.
3. Users have the right to lodge complaints with the competent supervisory authority. According to the applicable legislation, the competent supervisory authority in the Republic of Bulgaria is the Personal Data Protection Commission.
4. Users have the right to receive their data stored by THE HOTEL where such data are provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
